Before you order.

Do you deliver flowers the same day?
Yes. Order by 1pm and we deliver the same day in Concord and in Acton, Bedford, Boxborough, Carlisle, Lexington, Lincoln, Littleton, Maynard, Stow and Sudbury, Massachusetts. Orders placed later go out the next day we are open, and you can also choose a date in advance.
Where is the shop, and when is it open?
We are at 135 Commonwealth Ave in West Concord, Massachusetts. The shop is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, Saturday from 9am to 1pm, closed on Sunday. You are welcome to come in, choose flowers in person or pick up an order.
Can you deliver sympathy flowers to a funeral home?
Yes. We deliver sympathy flowers to funeral homes across the area, including Dee Funeral Home, Concord Funeral Home and Acton Funeral Home, and to churches and family homes. If you are not sure what to send, call the shop and we will help you choose.
Who owns The Concord Flower Shop?
Renata Paes has owned the shop since August 2026. The Concord Flower Shop has been arranging flowers in Concord since 1898, which makes it one of the oldest florists in the area.
What if a flower in the photo is not available?
We use a flower of equal or higher value and keep the style, the colors and the feel of the arrangement. Flowers change with the season, so we would rather send something fresh than match a photo with something old.
Do you make flowers for weddings and events?
Yes. We make wedding flowers, centerpieces for events and weekly flowers for offices and businesses. Every piece is planned after a conversation, so the best first step is to call the shop or visit our wedding page.
